Cross-Cultural Training encompasses a variety of skills and training tools.
I specialize in intercultural communication and relocation strategies, providing cross-cultural training for management executives, companies and individuals conducting work projects abroad or relocating to another country. To ensure efficient transitions and cultural adaptability, I also work with family members who are accompanying executives moving abroad.
In addition to relocation strategy, I work with global teams to ensure efficacy and sensitivity within an international and/or culturally diverse workforce. I focus on how individuals and organizations can maximize their potential through building effective global teams and culturally adaptable employees.
I utilize my work and life experience in Slovakia, Hungary, The Czech Republic, England and The United States to fulfill the practical information that is immediately applicable, I create an enjoyable learning environment for my audience whether in one-on-one sessions, small group workshops or at large conference presentations.
